Wrong figure auto poulated in gstr9

my client in 20-21 was monthly return filer for April to december.than he opted qrmp for January to march.he filed all return gstr1-3b-iff.but now in gstr9 only iff deta is reflected.first 9 month deta not reflected.most important gstr9 of table 9 is also wrong auto populated.table 9 is not aditabal.Sir he made agrivance but no result.now what he can do.Sir,Advice Thanking you
