I have wrongly filed and everified my ITR 1 but I have to file ITR 3 .CAN FILE IT AGAIN ?

You cannot file your itr 3 just as u feel like.

You can only revised your return if you have any omissions or wrong statement not if the return is procced after that if you get the notification to file from department
otherwise they will reject both the return with explanation and error code
