Due to some reasons ICAI asked me to submit form 108 again. My principal has shifted abroad and i dont have any of his contact details. i am having a xerox copy of previously filed 108. but the normal is the column of "leaves taken my article" was left blank by my principal (he sent me the form via courier). i dont remeber the number of days i filled in that column. what to do now? should i left it blank?

See if you dont know what your CA had did. so better left blank..
Becoz if any problem they find then you are in big trouble.
& you have xerox copy so send only that one dont make fresh one.
What is the procedure for getting duplicate form from ICAI>
u can not get the duplicate from icai..
