Wrong details filled in form 108

Hello friends

Due to some reasons ICAI asked me to submit form 108 again. My principal has shifted abroad and i dont have any of his contact details. i am having a xerox copy of previously filed 108. but the normal is the column of "leaves taken my article" was left blank by my principal (he sent me the form via courier). i dont remeber the number of days i filled in that column. what to do now? should i left it blank?
