Wrong calculation of tds from employer

Hi sir,
Last financial year(2011-12) I changed my company from A to B.
While joining company B, I gave all financial information which I received from Company A for Tax calculation.
But, in company B they didn't consider my previous company information and deducted tax as per rule ( as this is only my earning). So in result total deducted TDS was very less as compare to actual TDS.
Now when filing ITR I came to know actual Tax liability and TDS deducted.
So, I have to pay some amount of tax to government.
But, while filing ITR, it is showing Interest on the part of Tax which is not my fault.

So, how to claim it and can I take any action on Company B for not dedcuting proper tax and submiting advance tax which is deducted from my salary.

I also want to knoq that am i eligible for penalty and need to pay interest u/s 234A 234B and 234C

Regards,
Jitendra

Dear Bansalji

...u can't do anything (as far as i know)...its ur fault.. u mayn't have  told Co B to properly deduct TDS considering income from Co A...and further if co B has not deducted u shud have paid advance tax.....

Further no penalty ..,etc gets attracted in this case...just pay the liability (inc. interest amount)
