WRONG ATTACHMENT IN AOC-4

HI WHAT IF THERE IS A WRONG ATTACHMENT IN AOC-4 CAN IT BE FILED AGAIN. THE FORM AOC-4 IS CORRECT ONLY THE ATTACHMENT WITH THE FORM IS WORNG. 

KINDLY GUIDE.
