Wrong accouting of assesable value - central excise

What is the Impact if assesable value in Rule 11 Invoice submitted by manufacturer is not taken correctly in books of purchaser for availing cenvat credit? whereas the Excise duty taken by purchaser in books is correct as per rule 11 Invoice and aviled CENAT credit

Price of Goods should not be under valuation at the time of removal of dutiable goods. Price should be sole consideration of sale.
