First open Icai exam portal . And login with your id then correction window link will be appeared down of Exam Application link. Then click on it then tap change and type the centre name u want to change and then write a letter in paper specifying change of centre with ur signature . take a photo of it with CS scanner app . Then click on document in cs scanner then click on share option then save to gallery. now upload the photo by clicking on choose image in correction window
