which colour ink pen (blue / black OR both OR any one colour) is to be used
in writing CA IPCC exams for May 2014.......

Hi,
You can write with any one color. Choice is yours with respect to that. But Not both
But I write with black and blue both. ..means headings with black and rest wirh blue...

my doubt is that which colour ink is accepted by the ICAI
Do write with either blue or black ink pen but do not write with both ink pens... I have written my CA IPCC exam papers with black ink pen....

I followed the same mounica, headings with black & matter with blue & there is no issue at all....
Only blue colour is allowed
You can write any one of them but not both
can pencils be used??? for drawing lines and underlying and all..

YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME.
Blue or black either color not both n who tried both.. Their luck helpd dam.. But as i heard n read once only blue or black any one of them can b used for writing exam paper
