Total No. of Chartered Accountants in India as on 01-04-2017 By ICAI...
ICAI recently released its Annual Report for the year 2016-17 mentioning all relevant facts about ICAI and its members.
As mentioned in ICAI’s Annual Report - there are 2,70,307 qualified CA’s in India and the following table shows the no. of CA’s in India for each year.
Out of these 2,70,307 CA’s in India:-
CA’s in Full time practice: 1,20,839
CA’s in Part time practice: 8,283
Not in Practice: 1,41,185
