Jab review ki liye appeal ki tab stadium ke screen main dikhaya tha what happened.....Ian Bell should have walked away as he knew he was OUT !!
The Rule says that If the distance between the Impact and the Stumps is 2.5 Meters then u cannot be LBW...Bowden didn't give him out..Bell had started walking but Bowden asked him to come back..Please refrain from calling names to players without knowing the whole fact...

Dude I know the fact....i watched it but everyone was shocked after watching this as it was practically out but the rule saved him !!
and yes....its not England`s fault...its system`s fault !!
