Works contract service
if investor pays service tax on total billed amount charged by builder or developer then whether investor can get credit of service tax paid?

If the investor is providing any output service for which the service received from the builder or developer is an input service then the investor can get credit of service tax paid for discharging his service tax liability, subject to the conditions of Notfn, if any, being availed by the investor.
