As per the new provision of service tax Incase of works contacts services, if there is a finishing work done in an existing contract then how much % abatement wud be available ?

70% will be the value of service if finishing itself is an independnet contract. Conversly, if finishing work is only a part of the contract for the entire original work, then 40% is value of service.
