No we do not ignore direct expense while estimating working capital. Working capital means fund require to infuse in business for production and sales activities during the processing cycle. Thus your purchase expense, power supply , manpower etc falls under direct expense only and estimation of these expenses are very much required for determining the working capital requirement.
