I am working @ pay of 3.75 Lak, from dec-2010 in a listed construction company,

Now i cleared the pending 2nd gr of CA Final. Company telling that they can't give now increment, they will give on confirmation of employement i. e July -2011,

please give suggestion weather to continue or leave the company, what is the market for CA now, i cleared in 5th attempt.

SIR,I WOULD SUGGEST U TO STAY IN THE COMPANY AND GAIN SOME EXPERIENCE.THEY ARE NOT OFFERING U MORE AS U ARE JUST A FRESHER IN C.A......ATTEMPTS DOES MATTER BUT NOT EVERWHERE.IF U WERE GETTING PACKAGE OF 3.75 LAKHS BEFORE BECOMING C.A,U WILL DEFINATELY GET INCREMENT OF ATLESAST 15000 TO 20000.SO DONT LEAVE THE COMPANY AS IN MARKET MANY MORE CA'S IN 1ST ATTEMPT HAVE CAME.
