Doubt in New Company Bill 2013
Women Director:
"At least one women director shall be on the board on such class/classes of the company"... plz explain me which class/classes? whether it is applicable for pvt company?

Dear Sharmila,
That class hasn't yet been classified by the Govt.
Let's wait for the rules for the Companies Act... Because you will see number of issues resolved only after that issue.

Dear Sharmila,
No, Such provisions will not apply to private Companies. Only a prescribed class of company will have to make such provisions. No such class has been prescribed uptil now.
