2. NO interest/dividend
3. NO TDS even at maturity/redeem

Lic ppf exemption under chapter vi.
ppf is most effective. interedt rate is high.
lic depending upon nature of policy .
Investment in shares is most effective considering studying the financial position of the companies balance sheet and other parameters.
