Within state branch transfer of goods

Please help me by giving the implications of following transaction..

A Manufacturing company registered under MPVAT transferes its finished product to its sales depot situated in MP for sales to local customers..

My queries:

Is it a branch transfer?

Is "F" for applicable?

Any reversal of Input tax rebate is necessory?

Can company consider it as a sale to depot?

Please reply soon...

Thanks... :)

please clarify sales depot means own company outlet / franchisee / outright.

if it is own company outlet within state then it will be branch stock transfer, no need of form F also.

if it is franchisee then stock transfer sale FORM F required.

if it is outright basis then raise local vat bill
