Wish to continue my ca studies under ipcc

hi friends, I wish to again continue with ca studies. i was earlier registered under pe2 and had cleared group 1 but was not able to clear group 2. i have read few articles on this forum about converting to ipcc. if i start again under ipcc, would i be able to take benefit of unit scheme now or i have to clear all papers? And if i convert to ipcc, will i be able to give May 2014 exam? please guide me. thanks :)
