When I open my laptop only the Windows 7 logo appears then nothing else comes next except black screen. There's not even any options to choose from. I also tried putting the Windows installer and reformat it but after clicking on the "Install Now" button it's just keep loading for life. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Well i think there's some problem with your harddisk as it's missing some of the crucial file for starting...you can try reformat fresh from a dvd and install windows on a new partition...
Next probability is your windows install is busted if you're using fake windows...try a fresh reformat in either case...regards sumit
