A Mother has 2 Sons and 2 Daughter and 4 GrandChildren.She has a property in her name ( bought from CAPITAL GAIN acc.) and would like to give it to one of her GrandChild out of 4 .She has concent to give it to only 1 of GrandChild. Can this be done via Will without Probate ? pls advice.

Yes she can make a registered WILL now as per her desire. Question of probate comes only after her demise.
Will the other GrandChild / Daughters can object or claim ownership despite the WILL . My concern is the property should be trouble free in the hands of ChildChild whom the mother is willing to give. pls advice
Thats why I said , register it. If its self owned property, any claim or objection will not stand.
