Can anyone pls tell me if the Provisions passed in the Union Budget 09 be applicable for the students appearing for the PCC Nov 09 attempt?
Pls reply ASAP as the preperartion for the same has to be proceeded with.

No Dear it will not be applicable to Nov. 2009 rather it will be applicable for June 2010 & Nov. 2010

I dont have the link for this. But u can confirm the same with the news letter issued by ICAI for September 09. In the amendments,it is mentioned about the Union Budget.
