will i need to submit form112

For B.Com you need not submit the form 112 as long as your timings of college are not conflicating with you articleship. For M.com or any other course other than B.Com you will have to submit.

i think as per the latest revsions made even students pursuing B.Com are supposed to fill Form 112.This pertains to those students who are registered after 1st April 2008.
