yes full manipulation, Just check a post given by one member CA Deepak somewhere in Last week where he was very loud & clear that results will not come in Time & also may not be declared on 4th, Rather since I know him personally, I checked with him even yesterday & he told me that results are in a process of being changed since last 2 - 3 days & will not come in Time on 4th, Rather what he told is that the changes are on better side after the big Chaos of Final results so friends cheer
