Can any one Highlights Why RBI interventing and preventing rise of it's own currency RS.?

IF THE RBI IS NOT INTERFERE IN THIS MARKET EXPORTERS WILL RUN AWAY
TEXTILE, SOFT WARE ,LEATHER BUSINESS WILL BE AFFECTED AS THE CONVERSION BENEFIT FOR EXPORTERS WILL BE LOOSEN.
WITH THE INCREASE IN INPUT COSTS THEY ARE NOT TAKING AT LEAST COST .COMPETITION TITH CHINA IS GTHE ANOTHER FACTOR
