Michael Phelps has won seven golds till now ... India has won only one... may be India at the most will end with four golds..... but we must realise that we are far behind the other nations.. its a matter of shame for us.. and all news channels show Abhinav Bindra... lots of prizes have been given to him.... just give a sound thinking on the fact that whether People of developed countries behave like this.... Take the example of Phelps.... Had he been in India i m sure he would have been gifted whole of india's land...... we are just ridicuolous.... we ourselves make a mockery of us to show to the whole world that we have won it for the first time... its just like a failure student shouting when he gets passed for the first time and he starts shouting in front of the toppers... i know its bitter message but true from heart.... we are too much backward in thinking.... we must be far ahead of all.,... but we will just think of two or three gold medals.........

One thing Mr.Mohit Mohan,
In our country everyone speaks and no one does it in action. Even the same is with you. What have you contributed towards sports? But will be the first person to speak against our nation. The patriotism in our country is for low then China or Japan. I am sorry to say this but we have to accept the fact.
In order to get the medals all of us have to support the players even in times of their failure and not as commenting them as and when they fail.
Criticism is not the way to win medals and cooperation to our players will make them win medals apart from the cooperation from the government.
Rather than to hue and cry on any matter first we should think for what we deserve and if we have ONLY gold it is much better than nothing. OK.......
So ENJOY what we have

MOHIT I M SURE U ARE AMONGST THOSE MANY INDIANS WHO ARE DYING TO GET AWAY FROM INDIA. YOU GYS WLD DO "NYTHIN " TO JOIN THE NRI BANDWAGON. WHAT IS INDIA? IT IS MADE UP OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME. THE DY PEOPLE LIKE YOU KNW WAT INDIA IS IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME A DEVELOPED COUNTRY.

THE REASON OF INDIA NOT GLITTERING IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES IS THAT THE SCHOOLS IN INDIA STRESS ONLY ON ACADEMIC EDUCATION AND NO SPORTS. SO INDIA IS SUPER-POWER IN MENTAL WORK AND NOT PHYSICAL..
Its good that we conferred gifts upon him, thats because he deserved it.
But this fact is also true that we have only one gold and this is not good...
But again, are we trying or striving to improve upon this?
Any player, though however good, do we anytime suggest him to continue, many parents don't.... they say, whats in sports, just study to earn!!!!
There needs to be a change in attitude, which is happening slowly...
so, its good to praise the one who deserves, but at the same time try to improve the situation too....
