Whole time director

Dear Ujjawala,

A director can be appointed as Whole Time Director with the approval of members in General Meeting and the appointment shall be in accordance with the provisions laid down in schedule XIII, however if Sch. XIII is not complied then approval of Central Government would be required within 90 days. Provisions applicable to whole time director are moreover same as applicable to MD.

other wise only Form 32 + C.G Approval

U require the following approvals:

1. Approval from the the Shareholders

2.Approval of Central Govt ( If  Schedule XII is not complied)

File e-Form 25C and e-Form 32

if u need CG Approval then no need to file Form 25 C

and r u ACS or CS Final student both have diff meaning
