Whole time company secretary and whole time director

Dear All,

Can any one explain that can a Whole Time company secretary be a Whole Time Director in the same company at a same time?

Pls. give your views, its urgent

dear,

company can comply with sec. 269 & 383A by appointing a same person in two positions.
