The student is a pccstream student to be giving CA final. Suppose he can give final exams in november.Form has to be submitted in Aug.
Case I: His articleship ends in July 25 and form 108 signed and submitted by july 31.
Case II: His articleship ends in September16.So form 108 not signed and submitted.
Will another CA having COP (other than his principal or his principal's partner) be able to sign and attest his exam form for Final? in the above cases.

In crux,
if his articleship is completed and he submitted the form 108 with the institue before the date of filling the examination form and now he is filling examination form, in such case Examination form can be signed with any other CA also
if he did not file form 108 and his articleship is still to be complete then the form must be singned by that CA in which he is doing his articleship

what if the reply from icai for form 108 has not been received by him for case 1.
If the partner under which i am registered is not available, can i take sign of any other partner in my firm?
