Please let me known who should file Kvat Monthly /Qtrly Returns & Due dates 2014-15

If so then w.e.f annual threshold limit for registration under kvat increased to 7.5 lakhs. And monthly limit 62500rs.

Now online monthly returns have to be submitted. Due date: within 20 days or 15 days after the end of the preceding month or anyother tax periods as may be prescribed.

Hi Deepa,

A dealer can register as a Regular dealer or Composition dealer.

Incase of Regular dealer, generally it is monthly, However, if the turnover is below 25K, it can be quarterly also.

Incase of Composition, incase of works contract its monthly. for other its quarterly.

I think it answers your query.
