buyer issues C Form for his interstate purchases and collects C Form or D form as the case may be from Customer to whom he has made his Interstate sale against Forms

The Person who purchases the goods i.e buyer is responsible for issuing C Form and buyer has to collect the form from the department

Buyer has to issue "C" Form to avail goods at concessional rate

Buyer issues the 'C' form for interstate purchase at the end of the quarter.

hi friends

Form C given by Buyer to Seller and both must be of diff state and Regd. Dealer in their respective states.

Regards

For all purchases made by a registered dealer from a registered dealer in course of inter-state business, purchaser have to issue Form C to seller to get tax concession. These forms are to be obtained from Assessing Officer on application and fee. In case a inter-state sale is not supported by Form C, then buyer will have to pay tax at full rate i.e. rate prescribed on sale of item in state.

buyer will issue the Form C to the seller quaterly. Form D was issued by govt. dept. but now Form D has been stop.
