we know ICAI keeping avg 15% result from last 3-4 attempts, but we have to go biggest reason behind it, so eloborate this 15% consider it as 100%
case of recent campus (aug sep 2012)
industry demand is just 5% , (518/9382)
wants to do practice as per own wish (assumed 4691 as per old trend & need in society) 4691 which comes to (50%)
now think why ICAI passed 9382 students while the actual need was only 518+4691= 5209
excess pass outs no. is 4173( which is 45% of total freshers) now this 45% community are under trouble either they have to move towards very low paying industry jobs OR sit idle & the most choosen option is they engeged with ca firm where they have did articleship ((ICAI also want this & fresher have to choose this bcoz they dont have any other option). reasons are1. familiar with work, mates, etc 2. not much difference in payscale becuase ca firms also paying appx 20K to them ........
so guys i think the biggest enemy of our ca freshers is ICAI old fellows because they passing extra candidates for their own comfort , bcoz they practising from very long time they want to free from their work.. they making us laborious by giving just 20K for working of more than 50k or somewhere more than 50K ....
big & old(some NOT all) fellows of ICAI treating us "business products" & they are decreasing value of CA just for their own comfort by keeping higher % pass result ..........
