As per my view (other than value)...


E way bill required If material transporting from supplier to buyer directly e way bill required if it's within 1km...

In case material from supplier to Transporter then Part A is required if it's within 1km...

Within means transporting from one location of Bihar to Another location of Bihar

for example you are supplying something from Patna(city) to Gaya(city) both city located in Bihar only

it means u supplying within state that is within Bihar
