I am PVT LTD Company having GST number in Gujarat.I have booked expense of sponsorship ,RCM applicable but query is which tax CGST/SGST of IGST applicable because income earned through sponsorship they are at Maharashtra

the place of supply for services ancillary to the organisation of the event such as sponsorship ( Like sponsorship) - if supply is to registered person than location of the recipient and for other case place of supply is location of the event, if supply is made outside India than location of the recipient.
