Which return to file futures & Options and intranasal losses

Hi,

Income received from salary and losses  from F&O, equity  intraday. As of my knowledge  F&O loss are business  losses and intraday  losses  are speculative. Now I'm choose  to file itr3, is it correct. If I file itr3, is it require to  audit for this loss or file without audit, where I have mentioned  this losses (F&O loss Rs. 30000, Interday loss Rs. 25000/-)

Can u suggest  me.
