Which of ITR I file
Dear Sir, I have to fill ITR of a W.B. registered club ( non profitable), club get membership from members and donation (tax free) from W.B. govt. which ITR I file, pls.

PT & ITR 6 must be filed in Westbengal if your not claiming exmption under section 11
All companies registered under the Companies Act 2013 or the earlier Companies Act 1956 should file ITR 6 Form. However, if the company's source of income comes from the property held for religious or charitable purposes are not required to file ITR 6 Form. Is this a religious NPO or sport club like a thing
Hete itr 6 form is not applicable
Sorry I asked him what is his NPO and didn't get it. Its itr7 under section 12 and some 80g exemption available and the government can claim it seems
