Which products/materials can be purchased agaisnt Form C? for e.g. Whetner Car can be purchased against Form C?
Also, requested to provide reference Section/Rule/Notification/Circulars.

Section 8(2) and section 8(3) of the CST Act,1956 provides for the goods for which purchases can be made against C FORM..
1.The goods in which the dealer deals as mentioned in the Registration Certificate
2.Plant and Machinery ( not other types of Fixed assets )
3. Things helping in the processing of goods
4. Things helping in the generation of electricity.
Ok ....
For a normal dealer purchase of car against C FORM is prohibited ...
For a dealer in cars , car is a good for him so he can make purchase of car against C Form
