My client is having a K-shop (agency) under Bata and receives commission from them where by the electricity & rent paid by the company whereas the salary to employees & other expenses are from his own cost. He receives Form 16-A from Bata. Now Which ITR should i use & can i take these expenses borne by my client

Yes, surely you can claim all the expenses borne by your client,
You have to file ITR-4 for this,,

Ok..can i take the expenses made by my client for this residence into account & in ITR 4 there is Balance sheet is it compulsory to fill it.
ITR 4....& no need to fill B/S colums
why cant i take it as Income from other sources n fill ITR 2
Because "Income From Other Sources" is a residuary head.Only casual income and income which is not covered under other four heads are taxable under this head,
In your case it's clearly a business income so you have to file ITR-4 and it's better to fill Balance Sheet because it will provide base for later years...
