Which ITR form to be used

My client has only income from " CCTV installation & repairs" as a freelance income and he doesn't have any established business.

by mistake I have filled ITR 1 but not e-verified yet,

but later on I released that for business ITR 3 to be used.

Now my question, is it possible to re-fill ITR 3 without e-verifing ITR1

please suggest me...

U can file revised return for fy 2019-20 if above information pertaining to fy 2019-20
