Which ITR form to be filed

please refer the points
1. till f.y.17-18, i was working in admin team & my source of income is salary
2. in f.y., i left my job & my source of income is - tutition fee
3. this tutition fee is below Rs. 2.5lacs but i want to filed by income tax return
4. in 26as, tds deducted on my Fixed deposit
5. i will claim for refund

6. so , which form i should filed ?
please suggest me

as titions comes under educational services ....u need to file itr 4(incase u opt for presumptive) or itr 3....

actually confused, one expert said file itr2 & other one said go for itr 3 or 4

if tuition is main source of income then file either itr3 or itr4 otherwise file itr2.

itr 3 to be filed as your source of income is under the head income from business and profession sry for previous answer

if your main source of income is not tuition them it would be classifiable under income from other sources, hence itr2.

in case , when main source of income is tutition fee during a.y.19-20
in itr 4 , all details regrding closing balancea to be update , is it mandatory
details like advances, creditors, debtora, bank, cash etc

hello sir, my friend have powerloom yearly bill amount is 235000/- tds deducted for the amr rs. 2350/- he need to claim for refund so which form should filed?
