I am a govt employee and I use give tution to the students. If the income from the tution has to show in the ITR which form should I use?

u Should File ITR -4
first fill the ITR it only recommends to you
file Itr 1
U should file itr 4.
You can show Tution Income as your Business Income or as Income From Other Sources, both the options are available and valid. But it would be better if you show it as your business income and file ITR-4 to avoid the possible hassles of Income Tax Department.
