Hi, I moved from a job to my own business in the last financial year. My business has been registered as an LLP in January 2022. I have received form-16 from my previous organisation. There has been no income from my LLP. Sales less than 20K in the last financial year. Which form has should I file?

File ITR3
You need to file TWO ITRs...
For you Individual ITR 2
For LLP ITR 5..
If there is any income /loss from LLP you need to file ITR-2 in individual capacity.
For LLP, need to file ITR-3
For LLP, need to file ITR-3
