you will go with ITR -1 or ITR-2 (your commission income is not substantial and doesn't fall under the category of a business or profession)
But sir intially i have filed ITR 1 and got the notice u/s 139(9)
What is the gross total income???
Apprx 12 lakh from salary and some 30K from commission
If TDS u/s. 194H has been deducted file ITR 3.
Itr is based on source and gross total income
