Which itr for 94jb tds detection

one assessee who is working as contractual employee in govt organization, govt deducted 10% tds u/s. 94jb. which itr should be file ITR 1 as employees OR ITR 4 as professional. please suggest

ITR 4 if opted for Sec. 44ADA
