Is machinery fitting is your business or side income? What is the amount of gross receipt?
You can select ITR1 or ITR4 depending upon main income source or business income.....

So it is your Service income.It should be shown under the head profits & gains from business or profession.
So U can Either opt for ITR 3 or ITR 4
So u have to show income under heads salary,interest & dividend under income from other source and serivce income under business income.
