i have asked it before and almost every one recomnds it..

In my point of view G.SEKAR book is the best book for ca final accounting standards. because of the following reasons.
1. Past 20 year questions included
2. presentation is very simple.
i have referred V.K.Agarwal. and it is a good one
brother d.s. rawat is good only for reference..we dun hv dat time 2read it all..i was stuck up wid his way of solving problems..refer vinod kumar aggarwals book.i got both of dem n compared..later is much better.
D S Rawat and most of the books just re-print what the AS is with little explanations here and there. These books should be taken with a pinch of alt since one has to understand it through practical problems.
Even the Modules is somewhat similar to these books.
