Which Income tax return form to fill

Hello,

Please let me know which ITR form need to fill based on below .

I am Indian resident and having Salary income .

I also have income from fixed deposit and saving bank account interest.

i have dividend income and short term capital gains by trading of shares of indian listed companies which security and transaction tax is paid.

i am also trading in futures and options and for which i have some gains/loss .
