You can give him certified true copy. Original should be kept with you.

XEROX OF ORIGINAL OF ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED WITH DEAL, YOU MUST TAKE ALL PREVIOUS ORIGINAL AGREEMENTS WITH STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION RECEIPTS, LET HIM KEEP COPIES. ONLY
