Maybe in the new presidents governance. How ever I don’t encourage exports because remember- human wants r unlimited, but resources are. That means, we will die of lack due resources if we export them all. 

Like India did export some vaccines to the US as far as I know. But exports are a huge part of the revenue to the government so why not exposrt. Like a certain amount of goods and services can be exported but not all. You are correct when you say that we cannot export it all or else we will only die due to lack of resources
