Depends on area of interest where you want to make your career.
HUL & ITC - for career in FMCG industry
BIG 4 - for career prospect in Audit.

Well after taling too mant ca rankers i got the feeling fisrst of HUL pays above 10 lakh but big 4 say 5-6 lakh starting...HUL strategy if u good at tax do it only for 1 week after that be prepared for accounting work they horn ur skill like anything.......if u say ur ca working in pwc so body will bother but if u say u r working in HUL ;u already impressed that persom.....so ahaead get a rank in ca final say top 10 and go to HUL....in ITC it is enough if clear ca final in 1st attempt
