I have Vinod Agrawal's book for Audit-2007 edition. For SAs,whether Vinod Agrawal's latest addition book covers SAs also? I will appear in Nov.09 CA Final old course exam Both Groups.Whether the old eddition which I have is O.K. for other topics of Auditing? If Yes,then which book  should I purchase for preparing newly introduced SAs.

Is there any Amendment in Code of Ethics after Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Act,2006 which is applicable for Nov.09 Final Old Course exam?

Please help me.
